Why we include voice agent and chatbot together
Most agencies sell the voice agent as a separate product and the chatbot as another. That forces the client to coordinate two systems that don't talk to each other. If a call is redirected to the chatbot, context is lost. If a chat escalates to a call, the client has to repeat everything from scratch.
The Visibility Plan integrates them into a single flow. The conversation starts via chatbot or voice depending on the client's preference, and context persists if they switch channels. That captures more leads and reduces drop-off between channels.
It's a technical and operational decision, not a commercial one. It works better this way, and that's how we build it.

Setup scope varies significantly depending on the starting point. A website that's already optimised only needs voice + chatbot + GBP integration. An outdated website needs a complete redesign plus integrations. A fixed price would be unfair in both directions: too high for some, too low for others. Yes, in exceptional cases and after a conversation. Some businesses don't have sufficient call volume to justify the voice agent or already have other booking systems. In those cases, the plan without voice has an adjusted retainer and is not published as a package because it depends on the specific scope. Discussed on the discovery call.
The Kolmedia retainer (350€/mo) does not change with volume. What increases is the direct passthrough to providers. If the voice agent handles 500 calls instead of 100, more is paid to Retell and Plivo, not to Kolmedia. When the business grows, providers earn more, Kolmedia does not.
